Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
The ELCA is an ecumenical Christian church with approximately 3.3 million members worshiping in over 8,900 communities within 65 synods throughout the United States and in the Caribbean. The church promotes "God's work. Book of Faith is an initiative focusing on the Bible, with goals to increase the reading and use of Scripture. There is a four-fold process within the Book of Faith, including in-depth views for devotional, historical, literary, and theological learning, featuring a website at www.bookoffaith.org with study and webinars, and a Twitter site at www.twitter.com/bookoffaith.

Christian Education Network of the ELCA (CENetwork) is an organization promoting faith education. Their mission is "Supporting lifelong faith formation in the home and congregation." They provide numerous resources, networking, and a mentorship program. Membership is $50 for individuals and $25 for those who are retired or a student. Group memberships are also available. Gather Magazine
The Women of the ELCA offer a magazine with supportive stories to promote growth, faith-filled articles and devotions, and opportunities to enhance services and ministries. Women of the ELCA (WELCA)
The ELCA Churchwide Women's Organization (CWO) is present in three formats, each being independent and maintaining individualized constitutions, including the overarching Churchwide Women's Organization (CWO), Synodical Women's Organizations (SWOs), and the Congregational, Inter-Congregational, and Special Units. WELCA, the ELCA women's ministry, maintains independence and is not a church auxiliary.  The mission of WELCA is Mobilizing women to act boldly on their faith in Jesus Christ and their purpose is "As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society, and the world."
