Our December #BrainMatters webinar will explore next steps following a dementia diagnosis. This may be of particular interest to those who have received an Alzheimer’s disease or dementia diagnosis—and their families and loved ones. The webinar will address planning, caregiving, and important questions to ask after the diagnosis. There will be a Q&A session following the presentation. Dr. Deborah Rose will be our guest speaker. A Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center for Minority Aging Research and behavioral neurologist by training, Dr. Rose’s research encompasses psychosocial wellbeing and cognitive aging trajectories. #BrainMatters is a regional collaboration dedicated to sharing science-based information about brain health, Alzheimer’s disease, and related dementias.
