Drawing on The Sandwich Generation Handbook by Dr. Irina Koyfman, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Nurse Practitioner, and former Board Member of The Coordinating Center (2021–2024), this session will share simple, practical tools to help you feel more organized, less stressed, and more supported.
