An invitation for you to pause in your day to replenish your heart ... Carmen Stephens, DNP, MS, RN, MSFLE from Region 4 will offer:
A quiet reflection based on the Psalms to deeply embrace the transformative work of the Spirit. Participants will be led through a time of prayer, reflection and praise using various verses from Psalms to echo God’s love, compassion, and mercy for our communities. This time together will be spent to both quiet and refresh the spirit.

Times: 3 pm AKT, 4 pm PT, 5 pm MT, 6 pm CT, 7 pm ET
