“Trauma 109: Trauma in a Pandemic”
Three years have passed since COVID-19 appeared in the United States. The impact of this pandemic has been global.
Why is it important to explore trauma of a pandemic? What are the consequences and impact that the pandemic has had on our body, mind and spirit?
This workshop will discuss the exposure of trauma and toxic stress created during the pandemic, as well as some of the issues our population faces regarding their overall health and well-being moving forward.
- Please note – We will need to have a minimum of 30 people registered for this program by March 31st, or the program will be cancelled.
