LUTHERAN FAITH COMMUNITY NURSE ASSOCIATION(LFCNA)
An invitation for you to pause in your day to replenish your heart ... Carmen Stephens, DNP, MS, RN, MSFLE from Region 2 will offer: Guided Meditation and Reflection on Gratitude
This mindful meditation on gratitude asks participants to reflect on gifts received that may have been overlooked. In the past two decades, a growing body of evidence in the field of social science has found that gratitude has measurable benefits for just about every area of our lives. Gratitude helps people realize that they wouldn’t be where they are without the help of others. Gratitude offers us a way of embracing and reflecting on life from a "goodness" perspective.
